5 Star Luxury Self Catering for up to 10 people
This is our newest venture and work is starting in January
2012 with bookings being taken from July onwards. The
house will sleep 10 with 3 large double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, a
smaller double bed room and a twin room sharing the family bathroom.
Downstairs there will be a large kitchen with open plan
dining and living rooms. The living room has opening doors onto
the main decking and the dining room opens onto a side decking area.

Large Boot Room with washing machine and tumble
dryer plus sink
Downstairs Cloakroom
Large bedroom with super kingsize bed and double
doors opening onto the main decking area plus dressing area and ensuite
bathroom with bath and wet room raindance shower. This bedroom has
Category 2 Disabled Access.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with Super Kingsize beds,
dressing areas and ensuite bathrooms
A further double room with Super Kingsize bed and a
Twin Bedded Room with a bathroom between with a bath
with shower

Large Hot Tub on the main decking area
The house is situated in a small wood where ponies are kept.
The name Capercaillie means "horse in the wood". The
Caperciallie bird makes a sound like a horse
