Recipe

Put some sausages into an ovenproof dish
Slice some onion and add to the sausages
Slice one or two eating apples on top of the sausages
Season with black pepper
Drizzle with a little olive oil
Cover with foil
Cook into a hot oven for 40 minutes approximately
Remove foil and brown the sausages for 10/15 minutes

Serve with mash and baked tomatoes
